At the origin of the MAM Foundation, there is the perception that our time is crossed by successive crises of meaning and purpose.

The observation that this malaise is the result of human actions and undertakings. In a mad and unbridled race for what has been called progress, humans have tried to free themselves from a harmonious and just coexistence with Nature and the rest of the Living World. From the perception that our time was crossed by a lack of meaning, care, connection and purpose emerged a compelling need. The need to stop, to think and above all to act, in the same movement that reduces the distance between thinking and acting. Think-Act is to listen to this awareness, that of the wind that suddenly blows strangely, of the sun's rays that suddenly become hostile, of humans displaced in terror, of animals that no longer find a place to reproduce and disappear from the surface of the globe, of the a-normality of a planetary virus...
The awareness of something that seems to disturb the cycle of Nature.

We are in Cameroon in the locality of Grand-Suza. A piece of territory on the map of Cameroon, on the even bigger maps of Africa and the world. It is here, on this world continent, which has the particularity of being both the "mother" of humanity and at the same time the continent of the world's youth, that we are trying to think and act to reconcile the couple Nature/Culture.

In a crazy and unbridled race for what has been called progress, humans have tried to free themselves from a harmonious and just coexistence with Nature and the rest of the Living.
