Governance

As a non-profit organization, the MAM Foundation operates independently and carries out its actions thanks to the generosity of its donors and patrons. Its governance is based on two principles: transparency and commitment.

The Board of Directors is unique in that it is made up of members who have a moral and affective complicity with the President, and have done so for many years. Beyond the Board of Directors and the operational team, the MAM Foundation is surrounded by historical companions who are members of the Advisory Board.
